This course is fully aligned with the updated 2026 SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK), the research?based framework that defines the behavioral and technical capabilities HR professionals need to meet current and future workplace demands. The 2026 SHRM BASK introduces eight behavioral competencies organized into Leadership, Interpersonal, and Business clustersand a refined HR Expertise technical competency across the People, Organization, and Workplace knowledge domains.
This comprehensive 14 week program is designed to prepare HR professionals for the SHRM CP and SHRM SCP exams using the latest 2026 SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK) as the guiding framework. Led by a SHRM certified instructor, the course blends content review, exam strategies, and application based learning to build both technical HR expertise and behavioral competencies.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply the SHRM BASK to real world HR situations, demonstrate greater confidence in answering both knowledge and behavior based exam items, and develop a focused personal study plan for exam day. This course is ideal for HR practitioners seeking a structured, facilitator led pathway to earn the SHRM CP or SHRM SCP credential and stay current with the evolving expectations of the HR profession.
