RN ReEntry

This course focuses on expanding and enhancing registered nurse knowledge and skills by applying information related to new technology, up-dated common health illnesses, effective interventions, current nursing trends, evidence-based practice guidelines and legalities to previously acquired formal education and skills competency. The class is comprised of a 40-hour theory portion and a 160-hour supervised clinical component, in an acute care setting. Students must complete all components of the course in order to fulfill the requirements to have the Georgia Board of Nursing license reinstated. Please call for course requirements.

Please make sure you have contacted the Board of Nursing and receivd your letter stating that you need to attend a RN refresher course, before registering for this class.
