Who would benefit from the course? Individuals who appreciate custom-fit garments. Individuals who desire to gain an additional skill for profit. Individuals whose closet is loaded with must have pieces but does not fit properly. Anyone who rather pocket the extra cash being spent on alteration services. Individual who have alterations experience but would like additional techniques.

Notes:

Equipment\Supplies Needed: scissors, thread, chalk, hand needle, marking pencil, seam ripper, safety pins, straight pins, measuring tape, seam gauge, and a garment to be altered . ***Must have your own sewing machine***

Going I-75 South or North, take exit 233 and turn left. Go to sixth light and turn right on Clayton State Blvd. Take the next right at traffic light onto North Lee Street and then left on Simpson Drive. The Harry S Downs Center for Continuing Education will be the last building on your left. You will pass Spivey Hall and the Music Education Building.
